City Place Plaza is in the heart of the City Place community. This mixed-use urban district is a vibrant business hub offering Class A office buildings with street-level retail and restaurants, as well as prime sites for corporate campuses. City Place has a beautiful lakefront public plaza that brings workers and residents together for community events. The district is walkable to other corporate campus locations within City Place.

From Houston: Take I-45 north and exit 72 for Springwoods Village Parkway. Remain on the service road parallel to I-45 until you reach Springwoods Village Parkway. Turn left and continue straight over the bridge onto Springwoods Village Parkway.
From The Woodlands: Take I-45 south and exit 72A for Springwoods Village Parkway and the Grand Parkway. Remain on the service road parallel to I-45 until you reach Springwoods Village Parkway. Turn right onto Springwoods Village Parkway.
From the Grand Parkway (Westbound): Take the exit for Holzwarth Road and Springwoods Village Parkway. Remain on the service road parallel to the Grand Parkway until you reach Holzwarth Road. Turn right at the traffic light and follow Holzwarth Road into Springwoods Village.
From the Grand Parkway (Eastbound): Take the exit for Springwoods Village Parkway and Holzwarth Road. Remain on the service road parallel to the Grand Parkway until you reach Holzwarth Road. Turn left at the traffic light and follow Holzwarth Road into Springwoods Village.
From Hardy Toll Road (Northbound): Take the exit for Northgate Crossing Boulevard and Springwoods Village Parkway. Remain on the service road parallel to Hardy Toll Road until you reach Springwoods Village Parkway. Turn left and continue straight over the bridge onto Springwoods Village Parkway.

Our family-friendly outdoor plaza area is open to the public from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. We provide regularly scheduled programmed events for the public to attend.
