    CityPlace is a 60-acre, fully integrated, mixed-use urban development that serves as a vibrant hub for the growing northwest Houston community. Major corporations, such as Exxon and HP have established a presence in and around Springwoods Village, and CityPlace has become a new, convenient lifestyle destination and urban center of choice that combines working, shopping and living in one. The development features LEED-certified luxury residences and office buildings, retail, dining, and the new, full-service Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village. When fully developed, the project will include up to 8 million square feet of Class A office space with 500,000 square feet of integrated retail space and additional luxury multifamily.
